The queen’s bowl in Menfi

Among the beaches of Menfi, which alternate between sandy varieties, white pebbles and dunes that resemble those of the desert, perhaps the most famous is that of the Conca della Regina.

A small cove behind Porto Palo. The name is linked to a legend that lives again on the full moon summer nights.

It is telling that the daughter of the Emir loved to dive, naked and in the moonlight, in this small beach hidden behind the harbor.

An interesting beach also from the naturalistic point of view for its biodiversity. The prairie of aquatic plants, the submerged rocks and the spontaneously born Mediterranean vegetation.
